Notes
- Only runs in which the nemesis quest was completed count.
- A user has reported that the trophy disappeared from their Trophy Hut's list of purchasable trophies after ascending from the run where they killed the AT nemesis.

- The filename is a reference to obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), the sequential order of the numbers in the image also refers to this.
