This is a tiny plastic sweet nutcracker (how d'ya do, I / see you've met my / tiny plastic handyman). It's actually articulated, so if your nuts were really tiny, you could crack them with it. Stop snickering!
The bottom of the base reads "Series 1C, 2/5 (C)"

- The line "how d'ya do, I / see you've met my / tiny plastic handyman" is taken from the Rocky Horror Picture Show (which Jick dislikes, but Skully loves). The original line is identical, except for the last segment "faithful handyman". The line is delivered by Frankfurter as he introduces RiffRaff to Brad(asshole) and Janet(slut).
