You're fighting a bizarre construct

You step through the shimmering portal and find yourself in a smallish room, with no apparent exits. The only thing that stops the room from being a featureless rectangular prism is a few slab-like... well... slabs, really, sticking out from one wall at regular intervals. Actually, that's not the only thing. There's also this strange, hovering construct, currently bearing down on you brandishing various sinister-looking manipulators.

The construct lifts you into the air and places you gently on one of the slabs. "TASOM KUZGA NOGACHA. FUCHANOKCHA ANKROSTA LAPAZEVE," it bellows as it performs a quick and painful surgical procedure on your eye. Oof! Ouch! Ow! Argh! Ouch! Ooh! Ouch! Ugh! Ouch! Argh! 

You lose 137 hit points.
