Urchins are little sea creatures that basically look like a ball covered in spines. Y'know, like the back half of a hedgehog, only all over.
This particular urchin is also an adorable little ruffian, an orphan, a scamp with a runny nose and a heart of gold. Ergo, urchin urchin. See what we did there? Anyway, it appears to be earning spare sand dollars by working as a low-level enforcer for the roller skates.
