References
- This adventure is a reference to the 1996 film Werewolf (as seen on Mystery Science Theater 3000), where all the main characters seem to have incomprehensible accents, with the result that none of them are able to pronounce "werewolf" the same way. The attack text also includes plays on the lines "Oh no, Paul! You is a werewolf!" and "Welcome to Flagstaff, werewolf."
- The fumble text may be a reference to the video game Rampage, in which one of the characters was a giant wolfman, and exposing him to too much damage caused him to turn into an embarrassed, naked man, who would behave as described in the text.
