Weapon Attack Skills are combat skills that, in some way, enhance your weapon attacks, such as:

• Boost damage, or do additional damage.
• Increase hit chance.
• Cause special effects, such as stunning.

One important distinction between weapon attack skills and other combat skills is that they can be blocked as if they were weapon attacks. The Bonerdagon, which blocks skills, can block these. A n-Dimensional Horror, which blocks weapon attacks, also blocks these. The Naughty Sorceress, who blocks skills, has two chances of blocking a weapon attack skill.
