To finish the quest you must now: 1: Collect the scrolls as before 2: wait for a special combat adventure(an adding machine) 3: feed your scrolls as combat items to the adding machine. It will spit back out the appropriate item.(create the same scrolls as before) Funksling speeds this up. 4: use your 64735 scroll, and recieve your items as normal!!! --moto_jake 10:03, 25 June 2007 (PDT)

So, what, you need to Filch the Underwearrr before you can get the dictionary? That sounds somewhat improbable to me, but I just went some 30+ adventures in disguise with no dictionary, popped out of disguise for long enough to make sure I'd gotten that adventure, disguised myself, and got the dictionary in two turns. Id, I had the same experience. 40 turns without the dictionary, then stole the undies, got the dictionary on the very first turn. It does seem the undies are a trigger now.--Badverb 14:03, 30 June 2007 (CDT)

Most runs I just pull the Swashbuckling Getup, so I never get the Filching the Underrrwear adventure. It takes me about 20 turns to get the pirate drunkenness, then a couple more to get the bridge. This run I farmed for the getup until I got Filching, then pulled one more item. Instead of 20 turns to get drunkenness it took... 23. Plus one more to get the bridge. I think the Filching the Underrrwear theory is bunk. --Jef 23:34, 14 October 2007 (CDT)
