Special attack prediction

While I suspect that there may be no correlation between the messages given when blind and the actual special attack used in the 2nd round, I have a few data points, all taken in consecutive attempts with minimal difficulty level (200 kisses)

Attempt 1: "You hear a shuffling sound" / cold and physical attack

Attempt 2: "You hear a twig snap" / hot and stench attack

Attempt 3: "You hear the sound of crunching leaves" / hot and stench attack

Attempt 4: "You hear a twig snap" / spooky and sleaze attack

Attempt 5: "You hear a shuffling sound" / successfully countered with "Hide behind a tree" (would have been spooky/sleaze, I suppose)

My impression so far is that you have to either kill him in 2 rounds or take a guess on the counter-move for the second round special attack.--Banana4 (talk) 11:10, 4 August 2013 (UTC)

3500 HP with 5 kisses in hard mode 4000 HP with 6 kisses. 1700 attack, 1530 def. Damage cap 166--Lotsofphil (talk) 00:19, 8 August 2013 (UTC) 2000 HP and 900 attack/defence at 2 kisses. From Manuel base looks to be 1500 HP and 700 attack/defence. Fits with (1000+500/Kiss) HP, (500+200/kiss) Att/Def (assuming the above datapoint had a 10% defence reducer on).

The damage cap seems to be 1000/# of kisses. 166 for 6 kisses, 200 for 5 etc. --Imryano (talk) 02:44, 16 August 2013 (UTC)

Post-fight (2 kisses), Manuel says 928 attack, 833 defense, 50 initiative. With +30 ML from radio and lapdog. I don't know if this is of any use whatsoever, as I don't know whether the post-fight Manuel stats are normal mode, hard mode, 1 kiss, or what. --Greycat (talk) 14:01, 2 September 2013 (UTC)
