Notes
- Even after Baron Von Ratsworth was added to the Kingdom, it was a while before the text of the trophy was amended to include him. Up to June 2006, it was still possible to gain the trophy having beaten Baron Von Ratsworth without the Super-Secret Canadian Mind-Control Device on 11.

- The image filename, "dancing_in_the_dark.gif", has the same name as the 1984 Bruce Springsteen song "Dancing in the Dark". Also, Springsteen's nickname is "The Boss".
