Talk:Maximizing Your MP
General
...In theory, since increasing your mysticality increases your total MP, shouldn't the "Empty" Slots have mysticality-increasers in them?--Rikmach 00:34, 8 April 2006 (CDT)
How's that? --sl1me 00:45, 8 April 2006 (CDT)
- Okay, but Normal/Hardcore players don't have guaranteed access to shirts (since they wouldn't have Torso Awaregness as a permanent skill). --Quietust 01:22, 8 April 2006 (CDT)
- Fair enough. --sl1me 03:09, 17 April 2006 (CDT)
Since this page is supposed to represent the theoretical maximum, I think that mysticallity modifiers should be alound (if anyone disagrees, take the t-shirt off). A diety (some buffbots) would be a mysticallity class to take advantage of the extra maximum. At 100 mysticallity the plexiglass items become better than the accessories currently listed. Please discuss before I change it. (not a threat.)--Steveharwell 17:07, 26 July 2006 (CDT)
allowed
- I disagree. I think the disclaimer on the page clearly states the rationale behind the current arrangement, and it doesn't need to be changed. --Hellion 22:45, 26 July 2006 (CDT)
- ... I do agree that the Shirt should come off, actually. --Hellion 22:46, 26 July 2006 (CDT)
Since Villa and above are able to choose their class to maximize effects, by definition, they should be able to be a Mysticallity class. It is irrelevent what the top of the page says since I'm arguing that it is wrong, and it is not listed as "MP(directly)" on the dressing for success page. It is listed as "MP". I do admit that the mp to mysticality ratio is variable but that's exactly why we should incorporate into the list. If we don't incorporate it then we should take out all percent change items too since they are of variable nature and have been set arbitrarily. My problem is actually more simple than the percent change items because it isn't arbitrary the rules clearly state that villa and above gain class benefits. All we would have to do is add a new row that says something like "Mysticality Class" and have yes and 50% added into the columns that apply and change the corresponding items. Please respond.

- Steveharwell has a point. You have my vote.--Dehstil (t|c) 19:13, 27 July 2006 (CDT)
- Same. At the very least for empty slots fill in the best +Myst item, like Maxwell's Silver Hammer. --MoreCurious 16:36, 14 September 2007 (CDT)
Got rid of linoleum staff and the shirt. This is a list of the best items that give +MP. If this had mysticallity modifiers it would be the same as the mysticallity page but with a diffrent hat. I would be for a diffrent list below that had mysticallity modifiers in in. --Error1 17:25, 7 October 2006 (CDT)
The duct tape fedora is better than the beer helmet. Someone with skills (and time) want to fix it?--WillGruff 18:22, 23 August 2007 (CDT)

-- Can someone add the Hopping Socks (+200MP accessory) to this list? - AvangionQ / August 17th, 2009
-- I came here to ask the same thing. I'd do it, but I m not certain of the syntax & such and I don't want to risk messing up the table. --MolotovH 15:42, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
- It's not rocket science, people. Hit edit. Find something that is similar to what you're trying to accomplish, copy, paste, edit the appropriate bits. Preview. Save. The Wiki doesn't get updated unless, you know, people update it instead of talking about updating it. --BagatelleT/C 15:52, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
Mr. Pants
Since the Travoltan trousers will base your MP on your moxie in the event that your moxie exceeds your mysticality, should there be a seperate table based upon moxie while wearing them, or simply the inclusion of a comment about their properties, and the ability for moxie classes to increase their MP significantly by wearing them? --J12601 10:24, 23 October 2006 (CDT)
The table doesn't consider MP gains from raising mysticality, so I don't think that should be changed because of Travoltan trousers basing MP on moxie. This isn't new, as a moxie magnet does the same thing. I guess you could add a mention of moxie into the second paragraph, to clarify things, but the table shouldn't be changed. --Crowther 13:27, 23 October 2006 (CDT)
El Vibratro Relics
The El Vibrato Relics give enormous +MP when programmed correctly. I would recommend at least adding a note about what level of programming makes them better than the proposed outfits.--Rapped Scallion 01:52, 2 July 2008 (CDT)
- I just thought the same thing with regards to HP (added a note over there). Programmed right, the relics would give +1000 MP, beating most stuff on the page as is. I agree it warrants a big mention. --Yotsuya 02:01, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
