It's the highest safe moxie of any individual monster in the zone, so here it's 140. Keep in mind that normally, having a "safe moxie" level is overkill -- you can survive pretty well as long as your moxie is about the same as monster attack. --Starwed 20:43, 7 December 2010 (UTC)
