What about the chance of finding an oyster egg? Anything known about that? Might be cool to add something about that under 'finding eggs'. I realize this isn't much spading data, but I spent 166 adventures on the peak, getting 24 oyster eggs doing so (~14.5%). Ofcourse finding an egg doesn't use a turn. Anyone has more data? There's some kind of counter that keeps track of the number of eggs you've collected and your odds get lower as the count gets higher. One year they forgot to reset the counter, so there's some info in an old forum thread. This makes spading much harder, as you'd really need to know which adventure produced an egg from a number of people to calculate the forumla. --Crowther 09:19, 28 July 2006 (CDT)

On Oyster Egg Day, by equipping an oyster basket, participants can collect a number of differently decorated eggs from various locations about the Kingdom. When a player stumbles across an oyster egg, it does not "cost" them an adventure.

As you collect more and more eggs, they become harder to find.

Item Effects

All non-plastic oyster eggs cost 1 Spleen damage to use, but their results depend on its color and type:

Colors:

• Black: Acquire 20 turns of Egg-stortionary Tactics
• Blue: Gain 30-35 MP
• Lavender: Gain 11-15 Moxie substat points
• Mauve: Gain 11-15 Mysticality substat points
• Off-white: Acquire 20 turns of Eggs-tra Sensory Perception
• Puce: Gain 11-15 Muscle substat points
• Red: Gain 30-35 HP
• Yellow: Acquire 20 turns of Egg-headedness (Oyster Egg Day I & II)
• Yellow: Acquire 20 turns of Egg-headedness, Egg-cellent Vocabulary, or Egg-stra Arm, depending on Type. (Oyster Egg Day III & IV)

Types

• Paisley: Gain 11-15 Mysticality substat points
• Polka-dot: Gain 11-15 Moxie substat points
• Striped: Gain 11-15 Muscle substat points
