Not sure how to go about this, im new here. But should it be noted that the name of the quest 'Hey, Hey, They're Sea Monkees' Is a reference to a song by The Monkees? (The one which i cant remember the name of that goes "Hey, Hey, we're the monkees") --Razmos 11:04, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

  • all the monkees references are on the pages concerned where they belong. --Evilkolbot 11:35, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

I am unable to get the wriggling flytrap pellet from the neptune flytrap. Is there something I must do to obtain the Sea Monkee Quest? --Bjorn Reddy 02:34, 21 August 2009 (UTC)

Split this page?

So while you have to first rescue Grandma to start the chain of events for the Mer-kin Deepcity, and you can rescue Mom without doing it, should we create a separate page for the Deepcity "quest"?--JohnAnon (talk) 21:46, 22 April 2013 (UTC)

Well, now that we know Dad is in the game, I guess there's no reason for splitting the page.--JohnAnon (talk) 21:48, 24 April 2013 (UTC)

The in-game quest reminders however treat rescuing mom as the end of the quest. Possibly because the reminders aren't finished but the sea monkees themselves consider the quest complete with mom's return. The bosses and dad are the 'optional' parts of the quest or rather a closely related quest. Suggesting mom is optional is certainly wrong. I would suggest we just split the merkin deepcity off into part 2 of the sea monkees quest for now (still on this page) and state completing grandma in part 1 is the starting requirement.
