Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered are the names of three bats in the Pogo comics. I has this update reverted so I thought I'd put it here and see what anyone thought. As the skull bat is a bat and the Pogo chracters are bats, the reference seems obvious to me. It's the first thing I thought of, anyway. --Bozendoka 10:08, 22 November 2007 (CST)

  • unless you can get jick & co to admit on the radio they've read pogo, the reference is no more than coincidence. --Evilkolbot 12:35, 22 November 2007 (CST)

Smoking Talon

It took me 8 adventures with a 33% item bonus to get it to drop. --Lemon-claw 15:54, 25 October 2010 (UTC)

I recently used the He-Boulder's yellow eye against a Skullbat in an attempt to acquire a Smoking Talon. All I recieved were the usual items "Broken Skull, Sonar-in-a-biscuit, and Loose Teeth". Perhaps there is a Skullbat double that drops the smoking tallon, like the ultra rare Pooltergeist that drops the 17-ball. Needs some looking into. --SirShadow 20:14, 21 August 2009 (UTC)
