I took Surprise Me twice. After the first one, I went to the Sleazy Back Alley and got 3 bottles of distilled fortified wine. Right after that, I took another and went to the Haunted Pantry. I got 3 tasty tarts. Wow.

• It works like a Yellow Ray--that is, it forces only non-conditional items to drop. I think this excludes all of the rarest drops from Elemental International Airport zones. --Baltar (talk) 01:33, 6 November 2019 (UTC)
