The Raffle House is located on the Right Side of the Tracks and is run by the notorious Penguin Mafia. Each day they raffle off rare and mysterious items. The enchantment bonuses of these items seem to change day by day, which alludes to the fact that they might be affected by the phases of the moon, Grimace. It is also likely that these items are being created from parts of the moon that were knocked out of the sky, located in The Grim Grimacite Site. In order to enter one of the daily raffles, you must first buy a raffle ticket for 1000 meat, then pray that you somehow beat out all the other people buying thousands more tickets than you are. If you don't have enough meat in your inventory, you can still pay using meat in storage. Even if you don't win, you still might get the second place prize.
