Though most sommeliers (look it up, I ain't your thesaurus) agree that mushroom wine should be served at room temperature, you can't go wrong with a nice cool mushroom wine on a hot summer's night. It's so pleasant that you'll want it to stay close to you and not let you be alone, I guarantee it.
