The Copse of the Deep Fat Friars is in The Distant Woods. Note that once the Friars Quest is completed, the Copse and all it's sub-areas are replaced by The Deep Fat Friars' Gate, which features all the same monsters as the Copse. In the Copse you can find:

• The Dark Heart of the Woods
• The Dark Elbow of the Woods
