Despite the name, I don't recommend using this to plug any hole or orifice. Trust me on this one.

When Used

You eat the cotton candy. It melts in your mouth. Er, it sort of simultaneously melts and crystallizes. It's a little hard to describe. Refreshing, though! You gain 19−38 hit points. You gain 19−38 Mana Points.
