This trophy is earned by having the First Blood Kiwi and Shepherd's Breath effects, and wearing a ghost shawl, weedy skirt, Dreadsylvania Auditor's badge, and moon-amber necklace.

Notes
You will need a bloody kiwitini and a Dreadsylvanian shepherd's pie. Because these items cannot be traded, they must be obtained over two separate ascensions.
