Dilated Pupils
You're relaxed, chill, and at one with the universe. As a side effect of the smoke you've just inhaled, your pupils are so dilated that you look like the love child of a loris and an anime schoolgirl. The extra light bouncing off your retina makes your vision sharper; you'll see things that you might have missed before.
