You don't know what child in what classroom in what alternate dimension this "classic" prank item was confiscated from, but you know he was a little jerk.

When Used
- You sneak up on <player> and stick the sign in a visible spot. Visible to others.
Notes
- Places a tilted rectangular "KICK ME" image over the target's avatar. Hovering over the image displays "Placed by <username>".
- Players cannot see whether they have a sign on themselves. The sign cannot be removed, but it goes away at rollover.
- The modified avatar is, alas, not visible in the PvP Hall of Champions. This has been confirmed via bug report response to be "working as intended".
