"Are you <playername>?" the mailman asks. "Got a package for you from the Council. Sign here."
"Thanks," you say, signing the form and taking a box with holes punched in the lid. "Er, what's with the bodyguard? Has mail delivery become unusually fraught since I've been gone?"
"Oh, you're new. Nah, everybody has bodyguards now. It's a whole thing. The Council guy will explain it to you. Although probably not very well."
