A Graves Situation
"Well, if it isn't my favorite tall, dark, and spooky creature of the night! Did you come to dance with me under a pale moon, Mister Bat?"
You turn to find Miss Graves perched coquettishly on a tombstone, dressed in her usual spiderweb-patterned stockings and overelaborately-lacy black dress. She's also carrying a black parasol, which strikes you as a doubly pointless accessory on a perfectly clear night.
"I don't have time for your games, Miss Graves," you growl. "Shut down the special effects and go home. It's a school night."
"Bossy Mister Bat," she pouts. "Why don't you just make me?"
Long tendrils of shadow coalesce in the air and creep toward you, clawlike and writhing.
Fight her |
"If you'd done your homework," you growl, "you'd know better than to mess with me. You might be spooky, but I am the night."
"I hope your dancing's better than your pick-up lines, Mr. Bat." She twirls her parasol and starts to float into the air as more shadowy tendrils manifest around you.

Maybe not |
"Commissioner Hendricks doesn't like it when I beat up kids," you growl, "But I'm perfectly willing to do what I have to. Why don't you think about that for a while, and maybe you'll be more cooperative when I come back."
"Pfft, whatevs," Miss Graves says, rolling her eyes.
Occurs at Gotpork Gardens Cemetery.
