You go to the hotel next door to the library in Seaside Town (you know, the one across the street from the Sleazy Back Alley?) and try the key in various doors until you find one that works. The door swings open on a silent, empty hotel room. There's a dresser with a few random objects on it: a pair of thick-rimmed glasses, what is laughably called an "unbreakable" comb, and a pill bottle. A beam of sunlight streams through the room's only window, and you can see dust motes swirling in the -- huh. Actually, the dust motes aren't moving at all. They're just hanging there, completely motionless. Well, that's weird.
