- An amuse-bouche is a free small dish, pre-starter, offered by some swanky restaurants, in a bite or two it should show off the talent of the chef.
- A Muse is a goddess of inspiration and is often used to describe a person who acts willingly or otherwise in that capacity. Bouche is the French word for mouth.
- The effect Pros Only is a pun on the word "prose" as in prose poetry which is why you look like a sensitive poet-type.
- Rosemary is a herb alleged to improve memory.
