Anchors Weigh
Amidst the wreckage of ancient washed-up ships, you find a large crate half-buried in the sand and muck. You haul it up to the shore with much heaving and straining, and pry off the lid to discover that it's filled with lead bars and assorted fishing weights.
Well, at least it was a good workout.
