Ancient Annoying Serpent Poison
You are poisoned with the venom of a long-extinct serpent whose poison was so deadly that a tiny vial of it will fetch millions of Meat on the modern black market.
Fortunately, it takes a really, really long time to kill you, and in the meantime it's just sort of a minor nuisance.
