• This is the Around the World Quest reward for collecting 5 Spanish flies.
• After the Mt. Noob Pale Ale, this was the second drinkable booze that was a Quest Item. It was unmarked as a quest item on July 19th, 2007.
• The stats gained are not related to your class.
• Drinking 80 of these makes you eligible for the Phileas Foggy trophy.

• The consume text and part of the item description refer to the electronic music duo Daft Punk and their song "Around the World", the lyrics of which are composed entirely of the phrase "around the world" repeated over and over.
• "It doesn't even take you 80 days to do so" in the consume text and having to drink 80 to become eligible for the trophy both refer to the classic novel Around the World in Eighty Days by Jules Verne.
