You're fighting a Black Crayon Shambling MonstrosityThis shambling, gibbous, lithely writhing horror from another dimension serves to remind us that we are but infinitesimal specks of dust in a cold and indifferent universe. It is humanity's dark reflection in a funhouse mirror painted black, only the kind of paint you can still see through to see your own dark reflection, and it looks like a bunch of eyes and tentacles.
Also, it can totally get freaky with those tentacles, which you know if you've read the same comic books I've read.
