When Used:

You conjure a blood cloak around you, making you much harder to see, especially in environments that are really red. You acquire an effect: Cloak of Shadows (duration: 20 Adventures) Or, if you have Wolf Form active: You conjure up a blood cloak around you, but the fleas in your fur immediately consume it all. Or, if you have Bats Form active: You try to conjure a blood cloak, but the flapping of your wings disperses all the blood.
