This is a pulsing mound of fleshy white matter, with a bunch of sticky, mucous-covered polyps on the underside and hundreds of tiny little grubs wriggling around inside it. Who wants some breakfast?

When Used
- First use of the day:

| You pick up the burrowgrub hive to look inside it, and a bunch of the grubs crawl out of it and burrow under your skin. It's horrifying. You can still feel them in there. Gah. |

Notes
- Using this item grants three charges of the combat skill Consume Burrowgrub.
- Leftover charges of the skill can be carried over to the next day, but charges of the skill are capped at three, effectively limiting the skill to three uses in a single fight.
