"Just west of the Big Mountains there's a campsite for Adventurers -- you get assigned a spot as soon as you arrive in the Kingdom, and that's where you'll be staying.
It's pretty spartan at the moment -- here, take this tent.

"Go to your inventory (by clicking on the 
icon in the top menu) and [use] the tent to install it in your campsite. I'll meet you over there when you're done."
Before using the tent:
"Go to your inventory (click the icon up there) and install that tent I just gave you."
After using the tent:
"If you ever find yourself low on HP or MP, you can recover by resting in your campsite. Head over there now (click the 
icon up there to get started) and give it a shot."
Before resting once: "Go to your campsite and take a little nap in your new tent.
You can get to your campsite via the main map, which you can get to by clicking the little icon in the top menu."
After resting once:
"Congratulations on your successful nap! You probably noticed that your dwelling is a little bare, though -- take this, to liven it up a little."
