Carpool Lane
You encounter a small, brightly-painted car -- presumably how the clowns get around, although it seems to have been abandoned after it somehow got wedged into a comically-small alcove in the tunnel.
It looks more complicated to drive than a meatcar (the pedals are really long, for one thing), so you abandon the idea of stealing it pretty quickly, but you notice that the key is still in the door lock, so you take that just for the heck of it. The key turns out to be weirdly oversized, like two feet long. Taking it out of the lock feels uncannily like pulling the sword out of a sword-swallower.
