Strange...

Why is this category currently listed as a subcategory of itself? I stoppped it from calling the template directly, but still the subcategory remains. This was nearly 24 hours ago. Is the wiki updating this really slowly, or is there something else going on? --Flargen 09:54, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

• Problem persists. Template was originally designed to not auto-cat the category page, and that behavior remains in the template. And even while the template wasn't directly called on the page, this category continued to be a subcategory of itself with no apparent cessation.   • Going by what Quietust and I have tried, it seems there is some sort of wiki issue with categories calling templates; or maybe even just containing a table (think I'll experiment with that). Attempting to call the bug template in an unrelated category caused that category to appear as a subcategory of itself, for example, despite the template's code having nothing that invoked that category. So for now I will just remove the template call altogether. --Flargen 20:08, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
