Category talk:Reusable Combat Items
From A KoL Wiki
Should items with hidden counters like glob of Blank-Out or peppermint parasol be included or excluded? Either way the description should be modified to specify the answer. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 19:47, 10 January 2013 (CET)
- I've always understood reusable combat items as "can be used in an unlimited amount of combats", so it would be the cleanest solution to grant those who have a limit their own category (although I wouldn't know how to call it). On the other hand, as long as you can use an item more than once, it's evidently reusable... So maybe renaming this category on top of it would actually be the cleanest solution. --Yatsufusa 05:12, 11 January 2013 (CET)
There's another reusable combat item issue. Currently, only items with type "combat item (reusable)" are tagged in this category. However, as the example that brought me here, tin snips are just listed in game as "combat item", so they're not automatically being included on the page. Obviously the best solution would be for TPTB to change the item type (I've filed a bug report), but barring that, how do we get them to show up on this page?

- To manually add any page to any category, add the category name in a pair of brackets, eg:
- [[Category:Reusable Combat Items]]
- I've gone and added that tag to tin snips already. While it doesn't matter for technical reasons where on the page you do this, by convention we put it at the very bottom. --Club (#66669) (Talk) 19:56, 8 November 2013 (UTC)
