The note that "Many of the Skills Obtained From Single-Use Items may be permed as well" doesn't seem to fit. Said skills seem to be included in the list already.Stannius 21:05, 5 January 2011 (UTC)

There are 211 skills in this section. There are 23 skills in the 'Skills that are Automatically permed' section.
