When Used:

You snarl loudly enough and enough times in sequence that there is now a persistent echo of snarls following you around. You acquire an effect: Ceaseless Snarling (duration: 20 Adventures) Or, if you have Mist Form active: You try to snarl, but you can't because you don't have a mouth. You should write a science fiction story about it. Or, if you have Bats Form active: You try to snarl, but it just comes out as a bunch of squeaks.
