This is a pair of cement shoes, like those worn by the "associates" of the Penguin Mafia. They're stylish, they have good arch support, and they're enchanted to improve the wearer's sleep!

- "Makes you sleep like the dead" restores an additional 30 HP and MP when resting at your campsite.

- You sleep deeply, because you're sleeping with the fishes. Figuratively.

- It is alleged that The Mafia uses "cement shoes" in a form of execution by drowning. Given the amount of time it takes for cement to dry though makes this a very rare occurrence outside of Hollywood movies and threats, with only 1 confirmed case thus far.
- The phrase 'sleeping with the fishes' was used in the film The Godfather. After a goon of the Corleone family was killed, his bulletproof vest was sent back to the family, wrapped in newspaper, and bearing a few fish, leaving the implied message of "Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes."
