No! Arrrgh! You can resist the change no longer!
Your entire skin bursts into flames -- metaphorically speaking I mean, like it hurts like that -- as dense, coarse fur sprouts all over your body. In the places where hairs do not typically grow, they pierce your flesh like thousands of tiny needles, spraying blood over you in a fine mist.
The front of your skull and jaw cracks and splits, the bone fragments grinding against each other as they grow outward, elongating into a bestial snout. Your teeth lengthen into razor-sharp fangs that fight each other for space in your shattered jaw like a whole mouth full of wisdom teeth.
Each of your heels tears itself away from the rest of the foot, stretching back and upwards and forcefully pulling the screaming tendons with them. All the muscles in your legs protest as you stumble, trying to find your balance on tip-toe as the heels reconfigure themselves into awkward, backward second knees. Razor-sharp claws tear through the ends of your toes and fingers, the original nails ripped off by the force.
And your spine, uh... you know those little toys, those things like a corrugated plastic tube? And you pull on the ends and they go pop-pop-pop-pop-pop as they stretch out long? That's your spine.
