chewable paper
This is a little square of paper optimized for making spitwads with messages on them. It's made out of wood from a special kind of tree that gets its moisture from saliva instead of regular water and whose sap exhibits a lot of the same chemical properties as ink. That's why it's good for spitwads.

When Used
Chew up some paper and spit it out. Launch a spitball at (name or playerid) or: [search players]
Attach a message to the chewable paper (8x7 characters max):
You have <X> more chewable paper.
You chew up the paper, chew in a message, and spit it at <player>.
Notes
- Adds spitwad to the character page, and on all pages (zones) that <player> visits. The spitball will contain your message (if any.)
- There is no message for receiving a spitwad, and messages don't actually have to contain a message:
