This is a tiny skull on a string. It's unclear whether the skull was shrunk by some sort of voodoo ritual, or whether it came from a tiny person. What is clear is the sense of foreboding that this thing creates in you, with its little empty eye sockets and everything.

| You hold the skull out in front of you, and gaze into its eyes, and they begin to glow -- hey, this must be one of those voodoo glow skulls you've been hearing about. As the glow increases in intensity, you become more and more convinced that it's actually a voodoo explode skull, and toss it at your opponent. Somewhat predictably, it explodes, deaing[sic] X (+Y) damage. |
