You're fighting Deputy Nick Soames & EarlMan, it isn't easy being a small-town sheriff's deputy. First you get shot by some thug, and then you wake up from a coma and everyone is zombies, and you finally manage to find your wife and kid but it turns out your wife is shacking up with your best friend, who turns into a zombie and gets shot in the head by your son, who's only like ten years old for crying out loud! And you're just trying to find decent shelter for your family and all these people who've latched onto your group, but everywhere you turn is filled with either zombies or psychos, and people are depending on you to keep everyone safe but at the same time they keep challenging your damn authority, and then your wife is killed and your hand gets cut off and your kid is turning into kind of a sociopath...
Look, it's been a rough couple of weeks, okay? Cut the guy some slack.

Nick tosses Earl a shotgun, pulls his revolver, and the two of you make you do a good ol' fashioned hot-lead dance. Ooh! Ugh! Ow! Ow! Ugh! Ouch!
Nick stops to deliver an inspiring speech to a couple of survivors.
Nick says, "so you're a Walker, and I'm a Texas Ranger. That's pretty funny!" and chuckles to himself.
Nick Soames fires a few shots at you, but you just keep walking, dead.
Earl Soames hacks at you with a machete, but you ignore the little jerk.
Nick and Earl get called away to deal with yet another damn crisis, and the continuing decline in quality of their television series. (FUMBLE!)
