E.M.U. rocket thrusters
This is a pair of rocket thrusters used in an Elf Maneuvering Unit, a kind of jetpack + chair the elves are building to help fix their damaged shield generator. It was called an Elf Maneuvering Object, but the engineers kept cutting themselves instead of assembling it.
