This was once an ordinary fire extinguisher, but the FDKOL enlisted the aid of the League of Chef-Magi to make it into something more. The fire-fighting forces in it are no longer expelled through the nozzle, but through the eyes of whoever is holding it. It's kinda hard to get used to.
