This is a pair of weighted balls on a pair of strings. The balls are stuffed with cotton soaked in paraffin, so you can light them on fire and do killer flaming tricks with them, such as the "butterfly," the "flower," and the "oh my god my crotch is on fire seriously man put it out put it out."
