Notes
- In order to craft this, you must first learn the recipe. Prior to the June 16, 2015 jewelrycrafting revamp, it had to be learned by using a crystallized memory. Now, it can be learned by untinkering the necklace. Attempting to craft it without the recipe will result in: "It seems like that should work... but it doesn't."
