This is one of the billions of tiny shards that Jarlsberg's soul is currently broken into (it's kind of a long story.)
If you swallow it, it will trick the Cosmos into thinking you lived an entire additional lifetime as Jarlsberg (during which you got really good at playing the flute,) and give you an additional skill point (both instantly and at the beginning of all of your future Avatar of Jarlsberg incarnations.)
