grassy pirate You're fighting a grassy pirate

Now, this is strange... a pirate completely covered in grass. Bermuda grass, by the looks of his shorts. Usually it's only gnolls who cover themselves in grass, but looks like the pirates are following the trend. The poor, misguided sod -- you don't know whether to take him to a barrrber or a landscaparrr.

Hit Message(s):

He throws crabgrass at you. It pinches! Eek! Ow! Eek!

He slices you with a blade of grass. Great, now you've got a grass stain and a blood stain. Eek! Ooh! Oof!

He uses some sawgrass to saw a gash into your <arse>. Ugh! Ouch! Ugh!

He smacks you with his leaves of grass. At least he didn't use his crotch-root jungle-vine. Oof! Ouch! Ooh!

Critical Hit Message:

He pummels you harder than you've ever been pummeled before. Regardless of appearances, it looks like your ass is grass, and he's a lawnmower. Eek! Argh! Ugh!

Miss Message(s):

He throws crabgrass at you, but you're not allergic.

He tries to slice you with a blade of grass, but you pluck it and make a whistle out of it.

He tries to saw you with some sawgrass, but you saw the attack coming.

He tries to smack you with his leaves of grass, but you dodge the scented herbage of his breast.

Fumble Message:

He rushes toward you, then stops and has a sneezing fit. The only thing weirder than covering yourself in grass is covering yourself with grass when you're allergic to grass. (FUMBLE!)
