Half The Ship it Used to Be
You encounter what is either a half-buried pirate ship or the front half of a bifurcated pirate ship resting prow-up. It's a weird thing to find, halfway across the galaxy.

On failure
You wander around the sideways wreck looking for Space Pirate space booty, but you don't find anything.
The good news is that you find the ship's bathroom, which would normally be bad news, but in this case you learn several new Space Pirate words by reading the graffiti scrawled on the walls.
On success
You poke around the sideways wreck until you see a door labeled 'TREASURE MAP STORAGE.'
Well, it says it in the Space Pirate language, but you can totally read it now!
You go through the door, and sure enough, even after all these years (centuries? millenia?) there's a treasure map lying on the wall next to an overturned table.

Unfortunately, on the way out of the ship, you hit your head on the side of a doorframe, and forget everything you ever knew about the Space Pirates' language.
